Today has its downsides and upsides. Actually, I think everything turned bad, but had an upside. So here it goes:
UPSIDE: We played Tumbang Preso today. It was so much fun. All this sweat and slippers flying around everywhere. Crazy fun. Even if I was taya for really long, I loved the rush.
DOWNSIDE: Nabadtrip ako because of someone. Never mind who or why.
DOWNSIDE: The badtrip thing made me feel like going to the guidance. So I did.
UPSIDE: I had a great LONG talk with Maam Babes. Super booooonding!!! Plus I got to visit, which I haven't done in ages.
UPSIDE: Halfday lang kami ngayon!!!
DOWNSIDE: Hassle for the exams.
UPSIDE: Violin class!!!
DOWNSIDE: Sir Evans is back. His scary-ness doesn't really make much for a conducive learning environment. I think I do better with Ate Izzie.
UPSIDE: My mom's going to take violin classes!!! :]
UPSIDE: I'll be taking summer classes from this UP tutorial center, BRAIN TRAIN. Since I am in a good modd for studying and ever so hopeful of getting into UP, studying is actually an upside for me. I'm proud!!! I 'm actually looking forward to studying!!!
UPSIDE: Ate Gianne passed UPCAT!!! I know because I saw her name in the UPCAT BRAIN TRAIN student passers leaflet. She is so cool.
UPSIDE: They might hold the tutorials in school, if we can provide airconditioned rooms by then.
UPSIDE: It's in May, until June, so I can still have a vacation before coming back in to study.
UPSIDE: Wednesday! A lighter day.
UPSIDE: Wednesday evening service!!!
From the guy who came to offer the BRAIN TRAIN tutorials:
UP trains its students that when everyone is sitting down, you are standing up.
When everyone is standing up, you stand out.
When everyone stands out, you are outstanding.
When everyone tries to be outstanding, you are the standard.
Now I want to go there more than ever!!!
I haven't exactly decided what course I'll take. Here are my latest top cut of options:
Marketing
Biology for premed
Foreign Studies
Architecture
Interior Design
(from the bottom of my heart): Journalism or Education
Hmm. We'll see.
